But if you set the assisted pedaling to 1 it works perfectly and guarantee the best range. I achieved 42 miles doing so, on a single charge. If you find online some "compatibile" battery (I have not idea if they even exist for that model), be aware, they never deliver what promised. On the other hand, if you purchased this bike for more heavy duty tasks, like deliveries or long commute, I highly suggest to return it, if still possible, and buy something more performing (and expensive) from Swft upper offers.
