Yes! It's a great size for tall riders I'm 6'5" it fits Fine. I'm also very heavy & exceed the weight limit. Being heavy didn't work out so well. The spokes in the rear wheel were loose when I got the bike. & the wheel went out of true. & I cant keep it true. Just a little bit out causes problems with the rim brakes.

I'm 5'10" and there was plenty room to raise the seat higher.
