Extra weight will stress the chassis, frame, and the electronic components of the e-moped, including the battery and the motor, therefore affecting performance. The MAXX is safety tested for a weight limit to ensure the best performance possible for your ride. Please do not stress your e-moped with added weight. Doing so will invalidate your warranty, may damage your e-moped and may cause injury. Please always practice safe riding!
