• If you are going the full speed then it will only go 12 I only go 10 mil and can get the full 38. It's all about the speed you go

• ARE YOU ABIDDING BY THE WEIGHT LIMIT? EXCESS WEIGHT WOULD PROBABLY SLOW THE MOPED DOWN. NEW BATTERIES SHOULD BE TOP QUALITY AND NOT OFF BRANDING.
