Hi there! You may need to check with your state to see if a license is required in your state. We recommend asking your local DMV, as although there are state regulations, some smaller towns and cities may have additional municipal regulations in addition to state regulations. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t believe you do. It’s classified as a Class 3 E-Bike which doesn’t require license and registration but of course check your local laws. This bike only goes 20 miles per hour so it isn’t ideal for street driving - you’re definitely going to make some cars upset lol. I’d still get insurance because of the theft possibility. It’s technically supposed to have pedals to be in compliance but it would very hard to pedal a bike in this Style.
