“Why did my eMoped come already charged? The instructions clearly state that the Purchaser is to completely charge the unit (8 to 10 hours) before it's first use? Do all of your SWFT-MAXX eMoped's come charged before shipping?”

Hi there, The MAXX does come partially charged however we do recommend charging it for the full 10 hours before taking your first ride. Let us know if you have any other questions!
