Just go to the DMV and ask that's how I got my answer I didn't even have to wait in line all I did was make it seem like I was already in there by walking directly in and I got near an employee as I grabbed the drivers pamphlet and the motorcycle one you know just to make it look like I was officially waiting for them and I just asked hey buddy or hey mister I have a question if you don't mind just a quick one and then I let him know my bike only goes 20 miles per hour and it is an electric bike did I need to get a registration or anything to that effect they told me no because it is considered a bicycle that just to wear a helmet
