“Battery appears to have come fully charged as the green light on the charger comes on when I plug it in. However, the BOTTOM bar on the Display screen - when turned on - indicates 3 green bars with the bottom one being "RED". Why is that?”

When you see only one red bar reflected on your screen that means that your battery is at 25% and it is time to charge your e-moped. Let us know if you have any other questions!
