Please try again later.Ok im Daisy hi.. no worries I had the same problem in the beginning so you need to make sure you have the power switch on which is located underneath the seat as you know leave it on don't turn it off when you're charging it cuz if you have it off when you're charging it it will not charge so you need to make sure that power switch is switched to the on position and then you can charge it.
