Extreme temperatures have a negative impact on any battery’s lifespan and performance, although the bike would still be usable. I wouldn’t recommend using 700c tires in the snow, as the contact area is too small to get good traction in wintry conditions.

Hey there! You can ride you VOLT in any temperature. Your e-bike can be ridden in the snow however any damage that may occur due to riding in inclement weather conditions will void your warranty.
