Can you go up on size tires on a swift volt bike null

I reakky dont think so which is is unfortunate. The small diameter tires are my biggest issue with the bike. I am pleased with the item dor the price, but aorta wish I had of spent more to get larger tires and some suspension . But I am convinced for the money it was a great starter bike electroc bike for me.
