Not that I know of, not if you want the system right now. However, I would recommend buying a gift card every so often, with whatever money you can afford and when you have enough to pay for the system, buy it then, they may even be lower in price by then.

No, Best Buy does not offer payment plans/loans. So you would have to buy the item at full price. The 6 months financing is through a bank that Best Buy has partnered with. So the bank is giving you a credit card that, if you pay it off in 6 months, you don't have to pay interest on it.
