Absolutely! That’s the way I’m doing it now, I have a regular switch for TV play and a Lite for gaming on the go. It’s actually really simple, you want to go to your eShop account on your regular switch, scroll all the way down and click Deregister. This deregisters that Switch as your primary Switch so you won’t be able to use digital games offline. Then you log into your Lite with your Nintendo account and head to the eShop, and all your games should be available to download. You just want to make sure to download all your save data from the cloud each time you switch devices.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can but there are some issues. Whichever switch you select as your primary will work as normal, the secondary switch will need to connect to wifi when starting digital games. So you should make your primary the one that is on the go. You will also need nintendo online so you can use cloud saves. When switching back and forward between the two switches you will just need to upload the newest cloud save, Which is actually pretty easy ( there are videos online showing the process)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. On main switch deregister it. Log in to the switch light in Nintendo account and it makes the switch the main switch and you can download games you own. And Data. Now you can play the light portable without internet. The main switch docked still has all your games but must be connected to WiFi to play downloaded games. Since it’s your home switch docked then it works great it’s always connected Wifi to play.
