Yes. All digital purchases are tied to your Nintendo account, and physical games can be used on any system (even loaned out to other people if you so choose). If you think you'll eventually be getting another switch I would recommend buying your games physically; Nintendo's handling of multiple switches on one account is a little funky and they require you to designate one of them as your primary device. If you want to play a digital game on the non-primary switch it has to be connected to internet to ensure you're not playing the same game on 2 different devices at once. Physical games obviously can't be in 2 systems at once so it doesn't have this check that requires internet.

Digital and physical copys can be shared, physical copys however can only be used one at a time. I think digital copys can be used at the same time if not using online features.
