“Do games come preprogrammed or do I have to buy physical games separately?”

• There are no games installed. You have to buy them either in physical or digital form. The Nintendo Eshop does offer some games’ demos for free and there are some free to play games as well (like Fortnite). However, online games will require the $20 Nintendo Online subscription to play online.
