If you go to nintendo's website for this item, they have a "what's included" tab, it says it comes with the Nintendo Switch™ Console, Nintendo Switch Dock, Joy‑Con™ (L) Pastel Green, Joy‑Con™ (R) Pastel Blue, Joy‑Con™ Wrist Straps, Joy‑Con™ Grip, High Speed HDMI™ Cable and Nintendo Switch AC Adapter. So it does include the grip and HDMI cable.
