Yes, the animal crossing switch has the same features as the newer version switches. The only difference is the style and color. For example, for the animal crossing edition, the joy cons are blue, green and white. The switch dock is white and has tom nook, timmy, and tommy on it. The switch console has etching on the back of animal crossing characters. The other switches either have grey joy cons, or blue and red joy cons. Both have a black dock and the console doesn't have etching on it.
