• It is a console bundle deal. It comes with an extra game (Mario Cart) and the 3-month online subscription. The value of the bundle would depend on your desire to purchase Mario Cart and use the online aspect of the system. If you purchase Mario Cart separately it costs just under $60. Hope this helps.

• The item with not game upgrades can be found at 299. There not much of a difference if you buy the console and the game separately.
