• Controllers are charged off of the console itself when docked or otherwise connected to a usb-c charging cable; so an additional dock or charging accessory just for controllers isn’t necessary unless you own multiple sets of controllers and only one console. TLDR; as long as you have the controllers connected to the screen and attached to a power source, you don’t need anything else!
