• It is the new version, as it is HAD version meaning better battery. The new battery is depending on what game, ex Breath of the Wild is more intricate meaning some less life, but ex Tetris 99 is simpler so you will have more life due to less strain on the console. But generally 4/5-9 hours, but can vary. Hope this helps!!

• I believe it's the 2019 v2 console as they've discontinued making the v1 console. It does make sense. You'll get around 4.5 to 9 hours to what game you play. The battery is 4,310mAh (the same) for v1 and v2. It's just that the new processor in the v2 system can hold the battery charge much longer in some ways.
