Q: QuestionHi, I bought this for my granddaughter but I am not technical and can't figure out how do we download the mario kart 8 deluxe game and I don't see a 3 month online membership included in this box. shouldn't we have gotten a code or something?

• A:Answer The 3 month membership is just like the Mario kart game, it’s on a paper you need to scratch the bottom for the code. To redeem them, you will have to go the Nintendo EShop icon and the select enter code. Once you enter the code, the switch will download the game.

• A:Answer If you bought the Switch Bundle, there should have been two papers included in the packaging; one had the online membership code and the other the game code. If you bought a regular Switch, the online membership can be bought through the e-Shop or by buying physical cards in-store.
