I'm not sure if they stopped taking trade-in post pandemic but it's worth a try.

A:AnswerUnfortunately, the only way youd be able to get just the joycons is if someone were to trade in just the joycans without the console. Because they are part of the console bundle, the joycons are not currently sold separately, and likely, only would be sold as such, used. So you wouldnt be able to get them new without the whole console.
