“Can you NOT install the swivel top? If so, is top of cabinet smooth?”

• Without the swivel top, top of cabinet will have one hole (about 1/4 to 1/2 inch diameter) in the center. Otherwise, top is smooth and nicely finished to match the rest of the product.
