A:AnswerIf you bought the warranty with it I would just take it back. We haven't used second monitor yet but we did have to return it for minor reason and they were amazing.
A:AnswerI took out the 2 year warranty from Best Buy's Geek Squad because the reviews on this item weren't that good and I figured I would be safe in doing that. It was only $20.00. Hope that helps.
A:AnswerIt has a USB port on the side but I've never used it. The salesman at Best buy told me it was compatible with Fire Stick and other devices through USB so hopefully that helps. I love the size of the screens as well and the picture quality is great for what it is. Only draw back is some BlueRays won't play in this devise.
