“How do I get my Sylvania DVD player to work? The instructions don't correspond with the words on the dvd. My instruction booklet seems to be referring to another machine. Mine is: SDVD1332 with 13.3' screen. The dvd won't play. Help!”

I just ordered my brand new 13.3 inch portable dvd player and it came by deliverd mail . so I opened the box and took it out along with all its features and so I charged it up for a couple hours and according to the manual i did what the manual said to do i put a dvd movie in it and it by the way never came on the movie it just kept saying over and over no disk what do i do
