Does it play DVD's from regions 2,3,4 null

Yes, this is a multi-region player.

I purchased this DVD based on someone else's answer to this question. That answer stated that this IS a multi-region DVD player. In actual fact it IS NOT a multi region player. My DVDs from Region 2 (UK) will not play on this DVD player. It even said on the display "WRONG REGION". So the other answer to this question saying that it is... is false and misleading. I'll need to now return this to the store.
