“If I plug this DVD player into either the DC or AC plug-ins in my vehicle when the engine is on, the player will quit running. It starts playing when I shut off the engine. If I turn the engine on again it quits. Is this a defect in the DVD player?”

• I just tried this out today. I plugged the player into my AC/DC vehicle outlet.I didn't have any problems.The player played my Dvd with the engine on.
