This player is skipping/pausing during playback of Star Trek Next Generation DVDs, multiple disks from multiple seasons, but it seems to play normally with any other DVD I've tried. Any ideas how to resolve? null

Clean your discs before placing them in your machine. Scratches, smudges and fingerprints will cause player to pause or skip during playback.

Skipping is usually caused by dirt or oil on the disc. Try wiping with a rag dampened with warm water and a little dish soap. Dry immediately.
 Failing that, the disc may be physically damaged.
