QuestionPicture is that of an old square-screen TV, w/ large margins on the left and right of movie picture. It even does this on Widescreen DVDs. Settings will not save when I change them to fit widescreen TV. With each use it resets back to square. Any ideas?

QuestionWe just set this player up and are watching a movie. The volume is at 15 which seems to be the loudest it will go. How can we get more volume? Our tv is a newish Samsung 4k but the volume on the TV does not adjust the volume on the movie.
