• Hello Rach. You can port in your number from another carrier. All you need is the account number and PIN for the account you want to port in. Far as Pre-Activated no it's not. I recommend doing it online as I did. The setup was pretty simple but at the payment point I ended up placing a call to T-mobile because this kit comes with the 3GB plan included.
