- Answer No, it is just the sim card. You will have to call the company or go online to activate. Once you activate you will have to add funds to your account.

QuestionI want to buy this kit to activate an unlocked phone I purchased. It would only be to take into At&t store to receive there current promo. Get a free phone when you switch over from any other carrier. Will this work for that?
