This card can only be used to refill the balance on prepaid T-Mobile accounts. It doesn't work for postpaid plans.

I have a pre paid plan and use it online to pay my bill. Log in then go to your account and follow the instructions to add money to your account. It will prompt you on your payment. Refill card is one of the options. Just enter the number that you scratch off the back of the refill card.
