• Yes, comes with a cheapy wall charger. Have already broken mine. Can easily connect to one of those new fangled USB chargers. Yes, mine did accept my T-mobile SIM card. It is under the battery in the back. It also comes with a SIM card.

• Yes the LG 450 comes with a wall charger and is capable of using sim cards.
