• You should be able to use your existing SIM card and put it into this phone without signing up for a new plan.

• Yes, all you need to do is activate a SIM card or just use the old sim card of your old phone if it fits.

• Yes, that's what my dad usually does. He has a plan already and uses the chip to activate it. Insert and you're good to go!
