The rear facing camera takes high quality photos. The front camera has spotty performance in low light conditions. All photos can be sent using the email app.

The bigger the number, the better the photo. I'm not sure about email addresses - we don't have data. But you can send MMS to any phone number.

Sending and receiving emails depends on the phones capability. I guess it can. Please read the phones details before purchasing or relying on online answers. The info is free on the net.
