• Yes, you can. Before unlocking you need to activate the sim and then using inbuilt Unlock APP you can get it unlocked.

• You would have to ask a third party phone store if that is possible.

• Yes, I got unlocked very next day. Since I was having good T-Mobile plan. But you can get it unlocked with T-Mobile .
