Yell them you are traveling overseas and need to unlock the phone to use local cell service.they will send you the code. Once you receive the code, put another network SIM card like ATT, enter the unlock code. Your phone will be unlocked from that day on to use on any GSM network. Insert the appropriate SIM card and you are good to go.

If you want to use it outside of T-Mobile network, you may need to contact T-Mobile support and get the phone unlocked. Most of the times this service is offered without any charge, provided there is a valid reason. The most common reason would be to state moving out of United States where T-Mobile coverage isn't available.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe this is LOCKED to T-Mobile Network. From my experience, the only other subscriber you can use this phone would be Metro PCS (since they use T-Mobile as network provider). You can use this phone on any T-Mobile Plan (Prepaid or Postpaid).
