• Yes, it came with a micro SIM card. It also came with instructions on how to switch over your current TMobile phone number to the new SIM card.

• yes it comes with a unlocked sim for tmobile, otherwise, if you want to used it with another carrier you can do it as long have the same sim card size

• No. But you can get it unlocked. Officially they say after 40 days you can get it unlocked. Just chat with the support, they will be able to do it much before that. I was able to get that done within a week of purchase.
