• I. Bought it as prepaid. So. I buy the minutes as i need. With those. T-Mobile refill cards. But when you. Activate it. It does not come with minutes. You have to buy a refill card.

• no, that's why it says NO CONTRACT! But buy one that is compatible with the cell phone company you want to do business with. I bought one for T-Mobile.
