• I can't think of phone without speaker phone, almost every phone has it. This lumia like others has medium range, not the greatest, not the worst. One beautiful thing it has is FM Radio. I love it.

• Speakerphone works great and the calling is very good. I use this phone with Ting (rather, my wife does) and have no quibbles with calling quality. Its biggest detraction is in somewhat poor ergonomics. The phone is very fat and a bit slippery. On the phone we picked up, some of the edges were rather sharp even, and I needed to shave them down. BUt I'm still happy to recommend the phone as, for its price, the performance is excellent.
