• Even though it has WiFi-calling feature, for prepaid/no-contract accounts, minutes are still deducted. Wifi-calling is only to improve your signal strength if you are in an area with spotty service.

• Yes, it does have it but I cannot register 911 for some reasons.

• yep - works just fine! You still pay for regular cellular rates when making wi-fi calls though. It's not a cost-saving feature, just one to improve connectivity when you are in a place with poor cell reception.
