• Yes you can. The only thing is that it needs micro simcard (it come with one in the box), so your old sim might not fit. After you install the new sim, give T- Mobil a call and they will activate it.

• yes, if your sims card is a nano for t mobile service you just put the sims in the phone and it should work right away without having to go to t mobile.
