It will work but has some quirks.  Hopefully the next firmware update will fix all issues with Tablo.

In theory, yes as Samsung has a Tablo app. I installed it but neither of the Tablo's (one older and one 4th gen) we have shows up. I use it on a Roku box and trying to get it to work on the Samsung TV app isn't a high priority.

You will need to connect an antenna to your Tablo, and the device then connects to any HDMI input on your TV.

So it will work with your TV but won't let you record anything from your 'smart' TV, just the off-air channels you get on the antenna.
