“Is this lens compatible with canon eos 7d ???”

• I just received it, and I realize tamron 18-400 doesn't fit my 7D. The fit is definitely different, although close in size. I know there is a reviewer who claims they fit, but that's incorrect.

• The 7D is an aps-c EF-S mount camera, this lens will work on it.

• It is designed for aps-c sensor however as the 7D was released in 2009 you may want to call the tamron site to make sure.

• Yes it should work great The lens is for compact sensors only. It won't work on full frame cameras. I have been playing with this lens and so far I love it. I included a sunrise pic full on zoom I took so you can see what to expect.
