• This is an APS-C lens, designed for APC-C cameras with an EF-S mount. The Canon T6s fits those criteria. I have a T6s and the Mark 7D II, this lens works fine with both cameras. It has VC, Vibration Compensation, which is Tamron's version of image stabilization.

• Yes it should be compatible if it's a crop sensor. Yes it has image stabilization and the return policy from best buy is 15-45 days depending on your status.
