Is this lens compatible with the canon eos rebel t7? null

The Rebel T7 has an EFS mount. The Tamron lens is EF mount compatible and will fit on an EFS mount such as the Rebel T7. There will however be a cop factor of 1.6 which give the lens an apparent focal length of 144mm
