- Answer Hi Dana, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson Tangle-Free Turbine Tool will work with your Dyson Ball Multi Floor 2 vacuum. Some tools from a DC07 may fit on the Ball Multi Floor 2, but some may only attach with the use of an adaptor. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support

QuestionIs there a place to store the tool on the Animal Ball 2? I can't find any obvious spot where it should go. If not, is there something that can be purchased so I can store it right on the vacuum?

- Answer Hi Jess, this is Kelly with Dyson. There is a tool holder that comes with your vacuum, that clips on to the body and will hold your combination tool and stair tool. However there is not a spot to store/hold the tangle-free turbine tool. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support

- Answer Hi Ina, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson Tangle-Free Turbine Tool will attach to, and work with your CY23 canister. Since your model features the quick-attach/release tools, you will want to ensure that you are purchased the quick-attach/release tool with the red, rather than gray button, or an adaptor would be needed. - Answer It is compatible with DC19 and up, except DC24 and Dyson cordless vacuums. It's designed for upholstery, however. Not sure what good it will do on floors or carpet. Works great with our long-haired cat. Currently own a DC-59.

QuestionWhat are the measurements for the dyson dc40 turbine tool?

- Answer The measurements are 5 inches wide and 3 inches front to back. Its small size requires lots of back and forth motion to cover areas of furniture and pillows. The height is 2 and 1/2 inches but the receptacle brings it up to 4 inches, very difficult to use it in tight or low spaces under furniture.
