• I just looked at the manufacturer website. It can play MP4 files.

• First test if it can. Second if it doesn't work look in the manual and see if it can play video files. Third if it can play video files plug the USB into your PC. Then get a video file converter. Select the type of file you need to convert it to. Fourth and final step, convert the file and move it back to the USB.
