• Your phone is on vibrate. When phone is on sound it rings, the phone actually rings.

• Must be something in your settings allowing the ring output to go through your phone speakers. Try disconnecting and reconnecting from scratch and making sure all of the right audio outputs are correct

• It's obviously a defect because they ring in my ear whenever I get a call.
