• A:Answer No, it doesn't, but it has a Tip H2 which purports to work with HP. There are six different power tips in the box. I suggest you do what I did and bring your laptop into Best Buy. You can check it out before leaving the store. Good luck.

• A:Answer It comes with all types of end pieces that snap right on the wire made for different type brand computers. HP, Dell you name it they have it. So I'm pretty sure it will fit your HP laptop. I would ask the company if it's legit.
